I work with people moving through grief, anxiety, major life transitions, and the existential and spiritual questions that surface when life shifts. I'm especially drawn to those exploring identity, relationships, and sexuality, and to people navigating ADHD, learning differences, or chronic illness in systems that weren't built for them. I also offer a grounded, judgment-free space for those integrating or making meaning from a psychedelic experience. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I welcome anyone who's never felt at home in traditional therapy.
My approach is holistic and person-centered; I look beyond any single symptom to the relationships, contexts, and patterns shaping your life. I draw on training in mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you shift stuck thoughts and manage big emotions, alongside a transpersonal lens that makes room for spiritual and existential questions.
You don’t need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. My hope is to offer a space for you to share honestly where we can find the way forward together, at whatever pace feels right to you. I believe healing happens when we're truly seen, accepted, and don't have to face everything on our own. If you'd like to work together, I'd love to hear from you.
